Problem Note 51364: An error occurs when you attempt to retrieve a one-time-use password for SASTRUST for use with Emerging Issues Automated in an SSL/SSO environment

If you have both the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol and single sign-on authentication implemented, a Java error might occur when you attempt to retrieve a one-time-use password. For example, if you attempt to retrieve a one-time-use password for the SASTRUST user ID when Emerging Issues Automated is running, this error occurs:
"Failed to create job with name=warrantyAnalysis.EmergingIssuesJob subjectId=1 subjectType=EIAUTO"
