Problem Note 51356: A "No language resources available" message occurs when you try to generate graph output in 64-bit SAS® 9.3 and SAS® 9.4 products
If you use 64-bit SAS 9.3 and SAS 9.4 M3 products, such as SAS® 9.3 Foundation, SAS® Enterprise Guide, and SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office, and you use these products to generate a graph output, an error might occur. The problem occurs if your Microsoft Windows regional setting is Arabic, Danish, Hungarian, Hebrew, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, or Turkish. A pop-up window containing this error occurs:
No language resources available
This problem does not occur with 32-bit SAS products.
To work around this issue, change the language environment as follows:
- Select Start ► Control panel ► Region and Language.
- In the Region and Language dialog box, click the Formats tab.
- From the Format drop-down menu, select English (United States).
- Click OK.
