Problem Note 51337: One or more nodes incorrectly return a zero count
When you execute a SAS® Marketing Automation campaign or diagram, one or more nodes might incorrectly return a zero count. The campaign or diagram seems to complete successfully because there are no errors or warnings. However, the campaign or diagram has failed.
If this occurs, you might see the following error in the SAS Marketing Automation log (MACore):
SQL*Loader-128: unable to begin a session
ORA-21561: OID generation failed
To work around this problem, contact your Windows system administrator to increase the Windows SharedSection heap size so that the Oracle loader error does not occur.
