Problem Note 51199: SAS® Decision Manager returns "The application has encountered a problem" when you try to publish a model to a new folder under "My Folder"

When you publish a model in SAS Decision Manager, you can choose to either publish to an existing folder or to a new folder. If you choose to publish to a newly created folder under My Folder, the publish fails with the following error:
The application has encountered a problem. Save your work if possible and restart.
To work around this problem, create the folder for your model before you attempt to save the model.
