A plan might fail to optimize in SAS^® Pack Optimization due to the following warning message:

WARNING: Pack Optimization has violated a constraint. Output includes 0 of sku 8708-0287-189-XXXX at store XXXX when the SKU-Store ORDER_MIN was 1

The message occurs when all of the following conditions are true:

There is a limited store count.
There are large needs by store.
There is a large SKU count (ex: 22 SKUs).
There is a store SKU minimum of 1.

There is no workaround for this issue.
