Installation Note 51124: When you run the SAS® Operational Qualification Tool, the "Sgrender" error message appears in the testgrj.log file
When you run the SAS Operational Qualification Tool, an "Sgrender" error message appears in the testrgrj.log file:
ERROR: Template 'Sgrender' was unable to write to template store!
This error message appears because you do not have Write privileges to the SASUSER library.
To fix this issue, do the following:
- Navigate to C:\ and create a folder called c:\temp.
- Navigate to C:\Program Files\SASHome\SASFoundation\9.3\sastest\graph.
- Copy testgrj.sas, paste to C:\Program Files\SASHome\SASFoundation\9.3\sastest\graph, and rename the program to testgrj.sas.orig.
- In a text editor, open testgrj.sas.
- Make the following changes:
Change this: %else %do;
ods html body='testgrj.html';
%end;
To this: %else %do;
ods html path='c:\temp' (url=none) body='testgrj.html';
%end;
- Select File ► Save.
- Re-run the SAS Operational Qualification Tool.
- Inspect the SAS Operational Qualification Tool reports and logs for error messages.
