Problem Note 51850: The SASEHAVR LIBNAME engine generates error messages when run in batch mode
Error messages like the following might be generated when using the SASEHAVR LIBNAME engine in batch mode:
ERROR: Image SASEHAVR found but not loadable.
ERROR: Operating system error 161 occurred.
ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.
These errors can occur even when the SASEHAVR LIBNAME engine is used successfully in an interactive SAS® session.
To resolve the problem, follow these steps to change the Windows registry:

- Open the Windows Registry Editor:
- Select Start ► Run.
- Enter regedit in the search box.
- Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths.
- Look for the key SAS.EXE. There are two entries under SAS.EXE. Remove the quotation marks from the beginning and end of the paths for both entries.
- Reboot your Windows PC and submit the SAS code in batch mode.
