Installation Note 51799: A "java.io.FileNotFoundException" occurs in the migrate.log for file matrix-report.xml

When you run the SAS® Migration Utility and review the migrate.log, you might see a java.io.FileNotFoundException error in matrix-report.xml. Here is an example:
