Problem Note 51555: You might not be able to edit action plans in SAS® Enterprise GRC

In SAS Enterprise GRC, if you click Begin Modification on an action plan, the screen might incorrectly be displayed in Read-Only mode. The screen is displayed in Read-Only mode if the action plan was loaded without a value for a required field. An error message is displayed for each required field that does not have a value. You should be able to edit the fields but the fields are incorrectly displayed in Read-Only mode.

To work around this problem, use a data loader to update the action plan with values for all required fields.
