Problem Note 51519: The message "ERROR 20 Unable to log onto application server" occurs when a SAS® Customer Intelligence scheduled campaign is launched
Scheduled SAS Customer Intelligence 6.1 campaigns might fail to start with the following error:
ERROR 20 Unable to log onto application server
This error might occur because the command line that is submitted from the scheduling server contains a null value instead of a user ID, as shown below:
