Usage Note 51511: Incorrectly configuring job efficiency settings in IBM Platform RTM generates "low usage" false alarm messages

If you incorrectly configure your job efficiency settings in Platform RTM so that both the Warning Threshold and the Alarm Threshold settings are the same, even at the lowest (< 10%) setting, false-alarm error messages similar to the following might be generated:

The typical threshold settings are shown in the display that follows below. There should be a higher setting for the Warning Threshold (< 60% in the display) than for the Alarm Threshold (< 40% in the display). When these settings are the same, the mechanism for clearing the Warning Threshold events (typically not seen) before they become Alert Threshold events cannot occur.
