Problem Note 51447: In the Query Response option of SAS® Digital Marketing, using the Replies tab fails to display the replies content
In SAS Digital Marketing Studio, highlight a broadcast from the list of broadcasts, right-click, and select Query Response. Then click the Replies tab. Double-clicking on a reply fails to show you the content of the reply. The following error message is displayed:
Unable to find reply message content
To work around this issue, use the Reply Manager in SAS Digital Marketing Studio to display the reply content.
