Installation Note 51326: SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager uses an unnecessary JMS queue during writes to the SAS® Customer Intelligence common data model database
SAS Real-Time Decision Manager uses the CCS middle-tier application in order to write contact history, response history, and presented treatment history records. The CCS application writes these records to your common data model database. As part of this process, the CCS application continues to use some JMS queues on SASServer6. The messages that the CCS sends to the JMS queues are unnecessary.
