Problem Note 51205: The error "PDBWORK.TYPE72GO DOES NOT EXIST. VMXGSUM WILL BE STOPPED" occurs when you stage data with the XRMFMSU and XSMFMSU tables
If you attempt to stage data for SAS® IT Resource Management tables XRMFMSU or XSMFMSU, the staging job might fail and generate the following error:
PDBWORK.TYPE72GO DOES NOT EXIST. VMXGSUM WILL BE STOPPED
Typically, this error occurs because SAS IT Resource Management attempts to associate incorrectly the PDBWORK library when you stage the XRMFMSU and XSMFMSU tables.
To circumvent this error:
- Copy the MXG member ASUMMIPS from the MXG source installation library MXG.SRCLIB to the MXG custom source library MXGUSER.SRCLIB.
- Then modify the copy of ASUMMIPS that is in your user MXGUSER.SRCLIB library so that the following SAS statement is the first one to be invoked:
%VMXGINIT(DEFAULT=WORK);
For more information about the MXG source library, see "Working with MXG Code to Stage Data" in "Appendix 2: Data Sources Supported by SAS IT Resource Management Adapters" of the SAS® IT Resource Management 3.3: Administrator's Guide.
A fix for this issue is planned for a future release of SAS IT Resource Management.
