Problem Note 51149: Locked SAS® Financial Management data-entry forms might be available in the Form Manager
When a SAS Financial Management form set is locked, all forms within
that form set are locked and should not be available in the Form
Manager. However, if a user is assigned to a dimension member
(on the Users tab of the dimension member Properties window), that user
might still be able to see locked forms in the Form Manager when the
dimension member is the target member of the form.
