SAS Digital Marketing becomes unresponsive or closes due to a disk filling up with a massive sdm_platform.log. The log file shows the following, repetitive, and unending type of error:

This issue is caused by an incorrect action in SAS Digital Marketing Studio. You might accidentally try to move a broadcast folder into itself. This results in a recursive path at the metadata folder level and the server crashes or stops responding. As a workaround, be careful not to accidentally take this action.
