Problem Note 50917: Contact history updates are lost when the SAS® Customer Intelligence reporting service and SAS® Customer Intelligence core become disconnected
If SAS Customer Intelligence core (MAcore) and the SAS Customer Intelligence reporting service (CCS) are deployed on separate web application servers and the MAcore server goes offline, then contact history data that is provided by the CCS does not update the contact history tables.
Any updates that are provided by the CCS during the MAcore down time are lost, and errors similar to the following are posted to the SAS Customer Intelligence reporting log:
