Usage Note 50909: Using Loggers.jsp to alter logging levels for the SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager (SAS® Decision Services) logs
SAS Real-Time Decision Manager executes campaigns (flows) in the SAS Decision Services design server and engine server middle-tier applications. For optimal performance, logging levels for these middle-tier applications must remain low. However, there are troubleshooting situations that call for increased logging levels. Use the SAS Decision Services Loggers.jsp to specify logging levels and logging contexts without the need to restart the application. Loggers.jsp is available at the following URLs:
- design server: http://your-machine:8680/RTDMDesign/jsp/Loggers.jsp
- engine server: http://your-machine:8680/RTDM/Loggers.jsp

Return logging levels to their original state as soon as you have replicated the problem that you are troubleshooting and collected the logging information that you require. Any amount of increased logging affects performance significantly.
