Problem Note 50893: If you use temporary tables with the CONNECTION=GLOBAL option in SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Teradata, the connection is dropped

When you use SAS/ACCESS Interface to Teradata with temporary tables, you might encounter an error similar to the following:
ERROR: File TD2.MM_TEMP.DATA does not exist.
The problem occurs when you try to use the temporary table immediately after it was created. The connection is not shared when a temporary table contains the CONNECTION=GLOBAL option and quotation marks (" or ') are used around the values for user name or server. This use of quotation marks makes temporary tables unusable.
