Problem Note 50816: When a workflow policy encounters an error, information about the policy might not appear in the log file

When a workflow policy encounters an error, information about the policy should appear in the log file. Both the policy name, and any URL being called by the policy, should appear in the log file. However, the policy name and URL are not logged.
There is no workaround for the problem.
