Problem Note 50780: The message "There are no results that match your search" occurs when there are special characters at the end of a searched term

When you use the Search functionality in the Help facility for SAS® 9.4 in a Microsoft Windows operating environment, special characters at the end of a search field cause the error message outlined here in red:
Special characters include but are not limited to the following:
- The tilde: ~
- The exclamation point: !
- The accent Grave: `
- The colon: :
- The braces (also called curly brackets): { }
To ensure that your search functions as expected, remove all special characters from the end of your search term.

The use of special characters at the end of the search field results in this error message: "There are no results that match your search." The search does not work correctly under this circumstance.
