Actual KPIs might not be generated for a promotion when the promotion has not been previously evaluated before it enters Executing or Executed status in SAS® Promotion Optimization. This issue occurs because the RPP_PLAN_PROD_METRICS table has no rows for the Actual KPIs to be inserted into when the promotion has not been previously evaluated.
The workaround for this issue is to evaluate the promotion before it enters Executing or Executed status.
