KPIs might not be generated for all levels in a category or calendar plan when running aggregation in batch mode in SAS® Promotion Optimization. This issue occurs when the following are both true:
- The PARALLEL_PROD_LVL global setting is set at a level below the PROD_PARTITION_LVL global setting.
- The values for DATA_LVL_ID in the REPORT_DATA_LVL table include products that are above the level of the PARALLEL_PROD_LVL global setting.
The workaround for this issue is to run aggregation interactively instead of in batch mode.
