No results are returned for any of the promotions in a batch optimization run if one of the promotions fails during the run in SAS® Promotion Optimization. This issue occurs because the batch optimization job terminates once it detects a failure and returns no results.
The workaround for this issue is to exclude the failing promotion from the batch optimization run.
