Problem Note 50672: The IGNORE_MISSING_DIMKEYS option is not enforced for cubes that use only shared dimensions

When a cube contains only shared dimensions, the IGNORE_MISSING_DIMKEYS option set in the PROC OLAP statement is ignored. As a result, the build of the cube stops if any dimension keys are missing.
