Problem Note 50606: "Error Synchronizing cache" is returned after a SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager campaign is activated

When you activate a SAS Real-Time Decision Manager campaign, the following error might be written to the SAS® Decision Services Engine Server log:

2013-04-12 20:02:20,647 ERROR  com.sas.rtdm.implementation.EngineManager - Error  Synchronizing cache.
com.sas.rtdm.smartobj.serializable.RDMSmartObjectException: Error finding SAS Decision Services 
directory "System/Applications/SAS Decision Services/Decision Services 5.5/SASDSEngineRepository"
	at com.sas.rtdm.smartobj.impl.OMRRepository.getDirectory(OMRRepository.java:138)

Other time-out errors might also be written to the log for campaigns that are unrelated to the ones that you are activating.
