Problem Note 50576: Using the NLDATE format for the month of July with the Czech locale returns an "Invalid argument" message

When the SAS® session locale is Czech and you use the NLDATE format for the month of July, you might see the following in your log:
NOTE: Invalid argument to function INPUT at line 7 column 9. d=19540 s=01. ?ervenec 2013 dd=.
However, the setting does work. The note itself is in error.
This problem occurs when you submit the following code:
options locale=Czech_CzechRepublic;
data _null_;
do i=0 to 364;
d='01jan2013'd+i;
s=put(d,nldate35.);
dd=input(s,nldate35.);
put d= s= dd=;
end;
The issue does not occur for any of the other months.
