Problem Note 50534: You might not be able to log on to SAS® Enterprise GRC after you run the user synchronization program

If an error occurs in the SAS® Stored Process Server, and then you run the user synchronization program in the SAS Enterprise GRC web application, all SAS Enterprise GRC users might be inactivated. When all users are inactivated, you are not able to log on to SAS Enterprise GRC.
To work around the problem, reactivate the users by running the user synchronization program in a SAS® session.
