Problem Note 50532: When you export a PDF report in SAS® Enterprise GRC, the file might not contain a .pdf extension or an "Unable to download" error might be displayed

In SAS Enterprise GRC, you might not be able to export a report in PDF format if the report name contains certain Russian characters. In some cases, the exported report file might not have a .pdf extension. In other cases, the following error message might be displayed:
Unable to download ReportPdfExport from sas-mt. Unable to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.
If you change the report name, you might be able to successfully export the report in PDF format.
