Problem Note 50509: Category plan aggregation failure leaves MerchIntelGridSvr in unusable state

A SAS® Promotion Optimization online category plan aggregation task might leave the MerchIntelGridSvr server in an unusable state after an error. When this occurs, no other online optimization or aggregation tasks run, after the failed category plan aggregation.
The workaround for this issue is to restart the MerchIntelGridSvr server.
A fix for this issue is planned for a future software release.
