The TOTAL_PREOPTIMIZED_CONTACT_CNT field in the SAS® Customer Intelligence reporting common data model (CDM) CI_CELL_PACKAGE table does not always populate.
The issue occurs when you are executing a campaign that is a member of a campaign group that has been optimized. CI_CELL_PACKAGE.TOTAL_PREOPTIMIZED_CONTACT_CNT is not populated when the campaign is executed.
