Problem Note 50421: An approved SAS® Marketing Automation campaign that is opened by a non-approval user incorrectly remains locked when the campaign is closed
In SAS Marketing Automation, a user can belong to a group that has permissions to approve campaigns or to a group that does not. If a previously approved campaign is opened by a user that does not belong to a group that can approve campaigns, a problem occurs when the campaign is closed. The campaign incorrectly remains locked until the user exits SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio.
