When a broadcast is recurring or executed multiple times, multiple history files are generated—one for each occurrence or execution of the broadcast. Currently, the system does not process these files in any particular order, which might result in poor performance. Poor performance might occur, in particular, when a web publication request is made. This problem occurs when the email recipient uses the web view of the e-mail.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
The hot fix forces the history files to be scanned in the order of the most recent to oldest in order to avoid unnecessary processing.
