Problem Note 50408: Time Series Studio hierarchy query dialog does not open with JRE 7

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

When using Java JRE 1.7.0_15, the Time Series Studio® hierarchical query dialog does not open. The system generates an internal busy state indicator.

Due to the busy state, the Time Series Studio system is not able to add a hierarchical query and work with a subset or segmentation.

There is a hot fix planned for this situation.
