Problem Note 50369: Publishing a model to a metadata folder returns "Java exception: java.lang.NullPointerException"

In SAS® Model Manager, if you try to publish a model to a metadata folder, then the following Java error might be displayed:

The problem occurs if the metadata folder already contains data mining results from SAS® Enterprise Miner™.
A workaround is to create a new metadata folder that contains only models that are published by SAS Model Manager.
