Problem Note 50355: Communications with percent-based holdouts enabled fail and an exception occurs

When you execute a SAS® Customer Intelligence communication, an exception occurs when a marketing cell that supplies subjects to a communication with a percentage holdout threshold has a zero count.
The following exception is reported in the browser:
[channel] Communication: There was an error in the stored process or a called macro.

This problem occurs only when the communication holdout size is specified as a percentage value. It does not occur when it specified as a count.
