The SAS Forecast Studio 12.1 client cannot send TCP Keep Alive messages to the SAS Forecast Server 12.1 middle tier.
There is no solution or workaround for this problem.

Note that after you apply the hot fix, you need to configure the TCP Keep Alive messaging in the Microsoft Windows registry. To do that, you need to create a new DWORD value named KeepAliveTime and set it to equal the number of milliseconds that you want it to wait before sending keep-alive packets. (The default value is 2 hours or 7,200,000 milliseconds). Follow these steps to create the new DWORD value and set the milliseconds value:
