Problem Note 50253: The %TKMI_JOB_RO etl_end_service task fails to respond
The SAS® Promotion Optimization %TKMI_JOB_RO etl_end_service task might fail to respond. There are no errors in the MerchIntelGridSvr.log file.
This error occurs when a promotion has a price vehicle and one store does not have a valid geo-prod within the promotion's time range.
The work-around for this issue is run the %TKMI_JOB_RO etl_end_service task with the parameter DEBUG=1.
