Problem Note 50154: The Comment Add button is disabled in a SAS® Financial Management read-only report

The SAS Financial Management Add-In for Microsoft Excel Comment Manager provides the ability to enter cell comments that consist of text and that you attach to a single cell in a read-only table or a data-entry table. However, this functionality might be disabled if you are not the creator of the report and you have modified any of the table properties.
