Problem Note 50133: SAS® Forecast Studio 12.1 projects fail to open when DataSpecification files are missing

In SAS Forecast Studio 12.1, projects fail to open when the DataSpecification files are missing. When a project fails, the following exception messages are generated in the exception traceback information:
com.sas.analytics.forecasting.client.api.ForecastingSessionException: Unable to open project SC_OB_WKLY_DOW_DIST_P Caused by: com.sas.analytics.forecasting.client.api.ForecastingSessionException: Unable to open data specification PFC00001_WK_VW_e0b2a3bc_1370358207144 at com.sas.analytics.forecasting.client.impl.ForecastingSessionImpl.openDataSpecification(ForecastingSessionImpl.java:1114) at com.sas.analytics.forecasting.client.impl.ForecastingSessionImpl.initForecastingProject(ForecastingSessionImpl.java:674)
