Problem Note 50110: The Export to CSV functionality opens Excel but does not open the spreadsheet

When using the Export to CSV functionality in SAS® Warranty Analysis, Excel might initialize but then becomes unresponsive instead of opening a spreadsheet with the SAS Warranty Analysis data in it. This problem has affected only SAS Warranty Analysis users under Excel 2007 and Windows XP.

To circumvent this problem, minimize the existing opened Excel worksheet.
