Problem Note 50082: SAS® Digital Marketing responses are not updated to the SAS® Customer Intelligence Response History table

SAS Digital Marketing can be configured so that responses to broadcasts that are initiated through SAS® Marketing Automation campaigns, can update the SAS Customer Intelligence Response History table that is held in the common data model.

If the business context that is in use by SAS Digital Marketing has a name that contains spaces (for example, Financial Services), this update fails.

The SAS® Stored Process Server log might contain the following error:

"2013-05-31T06:11:51,194 INFO [00001012] 10:sascisvc@saspw - MAMsg=Macro[MABCMETA]. 
Data not available for the BC in use. Check the log for details."

To work around the issue, initially name the business contexts without any spaces. Renaming business contexts is not possible.
