Installation Note 50901: "Error finding software component" occurs while configuring SAS® Customer Intelligence 6.1 in a 4-tier environment

The following error might occur in the _configure.log when you are configuring SAS Customer Intelligence 6.1:
Error finding software component: Repository ${cicdat is not registered.

- one metadata tier
- one compute tier (for example, named SASCI)
- one compute tier (for example, named SASApp)
- one middle tier
- a client
The error occurs during the configuration step of the compute tier (for example, named SASCI).
On the SAS Management Console Folders tab, if you select System ► Applications ► SAS Customer Intelligence, you see that Cust Int Public Types 6.1 and Cust Intel PubType Metadata 6.1 already exist.
