Problem Note 50814: The text size for group headings might be incorrect for some pie charts created with PROC GCHART
The text size for group headings might be incorrect for some pie charts created with the GCHART procedure. The problem occurs when using the GROUP= option to create multiple pie charts on the same page. This is most likely to occur with text sizes greater than one cell.
As a workaround, the default group headings can be suppressed using the NOGROUPHEADING option. The Annotate facility can then be used to place the headers at the top of each pie chart. The sample code on the Full Code tab illustrates this.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
The default group headings can be suppressed using the NOGROUPHEADING option. The Annotate facility can then be used to place the headers at the top of each pie chart. The sample code below illustrates the syntax.
goptions reset=all ftext='Albany AMT' htext=2;
/* Create sample data set*/
data test;
do outcome='Avoided','Crashed';
do location='RS','LS';
prop=ranuni(25) * 42.75;
output;
end;
end;
run;
/* Add group headings above the pie charts using the Annotate facility */
data anno;
length function color $8;
retain xsys ysys '3' color 'black' size 1.5;
function='label';
x=25; y=85;
text='Avoided';
output;
x=75;
text='Crashed';
output;
run;
proc gchart data=test;
