Problem Note 50620: SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager campaigns open slowly in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
Decision campaigns might take a long time to load when you open them in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio. When this problem occurs, you might see a warning similar to the one below:
WARN ... IBFlow Cannot get FlowDefinition ... from the design server.
Unable to check if activated flow has changed.
