Problem Note 50424: SAS® Digital Marketing might fail to render e-mail content as a web page
SAS Digital Marketing might fail to render e-mail content as a web page when the system is under a heavy load.
When you click the View as a web page link in the e-mail body, the e-mail should render in a web browser. Instead, the web browser opens and then becomes unresponsive.

The hot fix ensures that the publishing servlet uses a connection pool rather than separate connections for each request, which improves performance. If you want to disable this change, set the following Java option on the web application server JVM that contains the bess.war file:
-Dcom.sas.email.killWherePool=true
