When you install and configure SAS Enterprise Case Management using SAS® Deployment Wizard, you are prompted to enter a value for "Path to JDBC jar file". To specify this value, you must include both the filepath and the name of the JAR file.

For example, this is not sufficient:

/install/db2_jdbc_v9.7

You must include the filename, like this:

/install/db2_jdbc_v9.7/db2jcc.jar

Also, it is important that no other JAR files exist in the same directory as the JDBC JAR file that you specify.
