Problem Note 50114: SG Annotation might not be drawn for short tick mark values
Annotation might not appear when using ODS Statistical Graphics (SG) Annotation to place values on a graph.
This is most likely to occur when using the DATAVALUE draw space and a format is assigned to the tick mark values. If one of the formatted values is shorter than the others, the annotation for the shorter formatted value is not drawn.
To circumvent the problem, create a new variable in the response data set that contains the formatted value and use that variable in the annotate data set and procedure.
