Problem Note 49960: Inactive products might not be displayed in the SAS® Promotion Optimization details view

In SAS Promotion Optimization, the Inactive Products column in the Promoted Products section of the Promotion Details view might be incorrectly blank. This issue occurs when there are null values in GEOGRAPHY_DM.OPEN_DT at hierarchy levels above the GEO_PROD_LOW_DATA_LVL global setting.
There is no workaround for this issue.
