Problem Note 49946: SAS® Digital Marketing replies that are held in a Teradata database fail to update the Common Data Model Response and Contact History tables

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

Some or all of the Reply Categories in SAS Digital Marketing might be configured to update the Customer Intelligence Response or Contact History Common Data Model tables. This update fails when the SAS Digital Marketing Replies table is held in a Teradata database.

In addition, when you query the reply data from SAS® Digital Marketing Studio and the Replies table is held in a Teradata database, results are not returned. You might experience the following error:

com.teradata.jdbc.jdbc_4.util.JDBCException: [Teradata Database] [TeraJDBC 13.10.00.31]
[Error 3707] [SQLState 42000] Syntax error, expected something like
'(' between the 'Type' keyword and ','.
